Marcos Arredondo
Creative Director / Hairstylist

Marcos always knew being a hairdresser was what he wanted to do! A week after he Graduated from High School he didn’t waste any time starting cosmetology school! He went on to work at Toni & Guy for over 25 years where he got his advanced education in Haircuts and styling. He loves what he does and loves to make every client get the best look that works with each and every client from short haircuts to long haircuts! He will make sure you look and feel amazing when you leave the salon! He is so excited to now work with The Gabriel Ontiveros Salon where he and the salon teams help you look fabulous!!

Michelle
Creative Director / Hairstylist

With over 25 years of experience, Michelle Melcher brings expert artistry and education to Gabriel Ontiveros Salon. She spent more than two decades with Toni & Guy as a stylist, educator, and DFW Regional Education Director, and was named Team Member of the Year in 2009. As part of the main art team, she taught advanced education and worked backstage at shows and industry events.

Certified in Brazilian Blowout and keratin treatments, Michelle’s true passion is behind the chair—creating refined haircuts, elegant updos, and wedding styles that bring each client’s vision to life.

Beverly
Creative Director / Hairstylist

With a career spanning over four decades, Beverly is a licensed cosmetologist and instructor in Rhode Island and Texas, known for her expertise, professionalism, and client-focused approach. Her background includes luxury resort salons, advanced training with top industry educators nationwide, and experience with New York Fashion Week through the Privé team.

A former salon owner of three successful businesses, she combines technical excellence with strong leadership and a passion for education, delivering elevated experiences tailored to each client.

Lupe
Creative Director / Hairstylist

With over 17 years in the beauty industry, Lupe delivers elevated hair artistry with precision, confidence, and edge. Trained in elite salon environments including Toni & Guy and Jean Philippe, he brings a high-fashion foundation to every cut and style—blending technical mastery with fearless creativity.

Known for clean lines and statement-making looks, Lupe creates styles that enhance individuality and command attention. More than a stylist, he curates a luxury yet approachable experience where clients feel seen, confident, and unapologetically themselves—because great hair isn’t just worn, it’s owned.

Creative Director / Hairstylist

With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Linh Pham brings passion, precision, and artistry to every client. Now specializing in hairstyling, she focuses on creative, personalized transformations that enhance each client’s vision. Under the mentorship of Michelle, Linh continues to refine her craft, delivering results that leave clients feeling confident, refreshed, and radiant.

ANNA CAVNAR
Receptionist

Anna has been with the Gabriel Ontiveros Salon since Fall 2016. She started as one of salon receptionists and later was promoted to the Salon Coordinator. Apart from managing day-to-day salon operations and performing her managerial and receptionist duties, she is freelancing as a 3D artist and a photographer. As such, she is continuously utilizing her creative skills and knowledge to assist with salon photography and promotional materials.
